1. Introduction: By using Desync Studio’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Services Provided: Desync offers digital branding, social media marketing, web design, and other creative services. Service agreements will detail specific project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Payment Terms: All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide necessary resources and approvals on time. Delays in approval or provision of content may affect project timelines.
5. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights of final deliverables transfer to the client. Desync retains rights to any unused or draft designs.
6. Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
7. Liability Limitation: Desync is not liable for indirect damages or third-party failures.
