Refund Policy

What is our Refund Policy?

Please read and understand our refund policy carefully.

1. Services Rendered: Refunds will only be issued for services not yet delivered. Once work begins on a project, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the percentage of completion.

2. Project-Based Services: For project-based services (e.g., branding, web development), no refund is available after final approval or completion of the project.

3. Subscriptions or Retainers: For recurring services such as social media management, clients must provide 30 days’ notice for cancellation. Refunds will not be given for services already rendered within the billing cycle.

4. Disputes: Any dispute over services or payments should be raised with Desync Studio, and we will work to resolve the issue in good faith.
